An Unexpected Frustration
Location was unbeatable, just steps from the beautiful streets of Paris. The atmosphere felt vibrant and alive, making it easy to explore the city.
However, the air conditioning was off, leaving the already small room scorching hot. The noise from the busy street made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Can recommend for a short weekend trip
Comfortable room, helpful staff, with air conditioning that was essential during our summer stay and just a short 5-minute walk from the Seine.
Nothing it was perfect.

The stay was pleasant, primarily due to the hotel’s fantastic location. We enjoyed being able to easily walk to major attractions like the Louvre and the Seine River. The staff were accommodating and fixed our shower issue quickly while offering us drink vouchers, which was a thoughtful gesture. Though our Privilege room was smaller than expected, it was clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for our five-night stay.

great location , but small room
The location is exceptional, placing everything within easy reach. The fragrant shampoo and body cream elevated our stay significantly , making daily routines enjoyable.
The room was on the smaller side, which might not suit everyone.

The location is ideal, making it easy to stroll to the Luxembourg Gardens and Notre Dame. Fast check-in and friendly staff enhanced our experience, while the newly renovated room was lovely. However, we found the room size cramped and the unusual decor a bit off-putting, with odd black stripes on the walls. Breakfast options were limited and could be improved.

I had a great time at this hotel in Paris. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to many attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with local tips and restaurant recommendations. My room was clean and had a comfortable bed, which made it easy to recharge after a day of exploring. I loved having a mini-fridge in the room. it came in handy for snacks. However, the breakfast situation needs improvement. I went around 9:45, and there was hardly anything left, like no bread or warm food available. Also, the bathroom had a slight moldy smell with the door open and the window closed, which wasn't pleasant. A few maintenance issues popped up too, including inconsistent air conditioning. It couldn't cool down properly, resulting in a warm room at night. Despite these bumps, I'd still recommend this hotel for its cozy atmosphere and excellent location.

I loved the charming breakfast, especially the amazing croissants, and the cleanliness of my room was impressive. The staff made every effort to ensure my comfort. I would definitely book this place again!

Excellent air conditioning in the room.
My experience was frustrating from start to finish. The management was absolutely dreadful. Additionally, the elevators were constantly out of service because the cleaning staff monopolized them on upper floors. As if that wasn’t enough, after an unfortunate incident in the bathroom, instead of showing any concern, they simply asked me to leave. This hotel lacks any semblance of hospitality.

This place suits me perfectly. I love the wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. The friendly staff even helped me with plug adaptors on my first stay. I recommend trying the breakfast. it’s fantastic! I’m coming back for a weekend.
